Moments of Excellence for Session Team Captains

Preparing for the Session

Team communication prior to the session:

  • Where to meet?
  • At what time?
  • Who is bringing what (if anything special is needed)?
  • Are all the teammates scheduled in the system?
  • Do I have client rates for all teammates?

Session Start

Team Captain Determines:

  • Is everyone here?
  • Team introductions to the client.
  • Where to start.
  • What the goals are for the session.
  • Which Teammates will organize where.

Mid-Session Check

How is my team doing:

  • Is everyone progressing nicely and according to plan?
  • Is anyone stuck?
  • Does anyone need help?
  • Are we going to meet the goal for the day?
  • What adjustments need to be made?

Session Wrap Up

Team Captain Determinations and Responsibilities:

  • Do all the spaces look better than before?
  • Is there anything else that should be labeled?
  • Does each Teammate need to walk through the spaces completed by them with the client?
  • Collect payment for all Teammates.
  • Collect anything from the Teammates that they want loaded into the clients profile.

Session Cancellations

If you cancel the session as the Team Captain:

  • Contact your teammates to let them know.
  • Ensure that Central has cancelled your Teammates in the system.
