The Organizer Component

Sales Commission

So far we’ve discussed the Marketing and Sales Component but we have not yet talked about the Expert Organizer component.

The Expert Organizer component is used when determining whether or not a portion of Partner Earnings will be considered “Commission.”

Quest is used when the person that did the Sales or the Marketing will also be the one that will be working with the client as their organizer.

Commission is used when the person that did the Sales is not the same person that will be working with the client as their organizer.

Expert Organizers are able to earn Commission when they sell organizing services to someone that will not be working with them as their organizing client.

This may occur when an Expert Organizer makes a Sales call and during the sales process learns that they are not able to work with the lead. A lead that you are not able to work with is not a dead lead! They are now an opportunity to sell them on working with one of your Teammates and earn on-going Commissions for that client.

Here are the details for Sales Commissions:

What You Earn:

Earn 15% of every billable hour collected from the client for as long as you are an Active Member of the Platform when you schedule a Teammate with a new client. Note: A new client is someone who has never had organizing performed through the MiO platform.

How It’s Earned:

Commission is earned by the person that enters the lead profile information into the MiO system and schedules their Teammate in the Calendar system.

Additional Details:

  • The Marketing Component is not considered for Sales Commission.
  • The lead must be a new person to our system (with the following exception):
    • They may be a lead (not a client) in our system who has had no inbound contact with MiO in one or more years.
